My research focuses on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pulse sequence programming and image reconstruction method developments. My past research projects include:

  • Asymmetric-echo radial sampling for real-time phase-contrast flow MRI
  • Multi-echo radial sampling pulse sequence development
  • Free-breathing liver water/fat separation and R2* quantification using stack-of-radial multi-echo sampling and model-based reconstruction in BART
  • Clinical evaluation of the free-breathing liver fat and R2* quantification technique with obesity, diabetes, and NAFLD patients
  • High resolution T2*-weighted brain imaging using stack-of-radial multi-echo sampling

I am interested in developing efficient computational methods (including deep learning) for clinical applications. You can find detailed documentation of my background here.
